Maren Morris proudly waved the Pride Flag after she declared that she's part of the LGBTQ+ community.
The country singer confessed on social media after performing at a Pride Month concert in Phoenix, Arizona, last June 9, 2024.
"happy to be the B in LGBTQ+," Morris said on Instagram, declaring she's bisexual. "happy pride."
Singer-songwriter Allison Ponthier was among the many people who took to Instagram to voice their support for Morris after her proud declaration.
"HAPPY PRIDE!!!!! thanks for being an inspiration and what a special pride this one is," Ponthier wrote.
Fans also took to the comments to celebrate Morris' expression.
"from seeing you as a closeted 16 year old on the hero tour to being out and proud at 24 and seeing you doing the same love you endlessly and happy pride!!," another shared.
"Ahhhh my flagggg love you so much! Happy Pride bby. You were amazing last night!!" a fan commented.
"I was there last night!! It was so so fun and you gave me a once in a lifetime experience!! Do come here again!" one said about her performance at the concert.

Morris' confession came eight months after her divorce from ex-husband Ryan Hurd was publicized. People reported Morris and Hurd's divorce in October 2023, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their separation.
The publication noted that the Davidson County judge ordered a parenting seminar for the couple for their three-year-old son, Hayes Andrew.
Morris addressed her divorce from Hurd in an interview with Howard Stern.
"I cut all the trauma out of my hair," the singer said about her new hairstyle in December 2023. "I think this year has -- for a lot of people, not just me -- a lot of people that are close to me have gone through it. I've known so many people that have gone through breakups or divorces."
At the time, Morris admitted that "she wasn't sure if she was ready to find someone new just yet."
"I would like this to sort of wrap up. I don't have the headspace for that yet. But I'm writing so much right now, that's kind of been my way of dating is just through song," she added.
